هدف این مطالعه بررسی پویایی¬های ریسک اطلاعات در بورس تهران است. بدین منظور، احتمال روزانه معامله مبتنی بر اطلاعات نهانی برای 22 شرکت از 11 صنعت متفاوت بورس تهران در طول چهار سال تخمین زده شد. متوسط این احتمال برای شرکت های نمونه طی دوره ۱۳۹۲ تا ۱۳۹۵ معادل ۲۷ درصد برآورد شد. پایین‌ترین میانگین احتمال روزانه معامله مبتنی بر اطلاعات نهانی 2/20 درصد و بالاترین میانگین نیز 4/39 درصد است. در این مطالعه، پایین‌ترین احتمال روزانه معامله مبتنی بر اطلاعات نهانی در نمادهای مورد بررسی 2/1 درصد و بالاترین میزان آن نیز 3/93 درصد به دست آمد. این موضوع نشانگر تغییرات قابل¬توجه ریسک اطلاعاتی در طول زمان و لزوم استفاده از مدل‌های پویا برای بررسی آن است. در مجموع، اینگونه استنباط می‌شود که ریسک اطلاعات در بورس تهران دارای سطح میانگین و حداکثر بسیار بالاتری در مقایسه با بازارهای توسعه‌یافته است. دو صنعت پتروشیمی و فلزات اساسی پایین‌ترین سطح ریسک اطلاعات، و دو صنعت بیمه و سیمان بالاترین سطوح آن را ثبت کرده‌اند.
